Every piece is carefully packaged and dispatched the next working day, fully tracked and signed-for, and insured in transit — so your order is protected and traceable at every step.

UK Delivery
Orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or FedEx, both fully tracked and requiring a signature on delivery. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

International Delivery
We ship worldwide via FedEx, fully tracked and signed-for. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Dispatch
Orders are dispatched the next working day following cleared payment.

Insurance
All parcels are fully insured in transit, for complete peace of mind on every order.

Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated. These are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Collection
Prefer to collect in person? You're welcome to arrange collection from our stand at Grays Antique Market, Mayfair — just get in touch to arrange a time.
