Two Tone Emerald and Diamond Rubover Trilogy Ring

Two Tone Emerald and Diamond Rubover Trilogy Ring

  • Condition: Very Good
  • Provenance: USA
  • Period: Vintage

Measurements

9x18mm

A bold and elegant vintage trilogy ring featuring a vivid Colombian emerald of approximately 1.70 carats, cut in a refined rectangular step-cut. The emerald is secured within a yellow gold rubover setting, highlighting its rich green hue and natural vibrancy, with characteristic inclusions typical of Colombian origin.

Flanking the centre stone are two natural brilliant-cut diamonds, rubover-set in contrasting white gold, with a combined total weight of approximately 0.40 carats. Graded I colour, VS clarity, the diamonds provide a crisp and lively contrast to the emerald, enhancing the overall brilliance of the piece.

The ring is crafted in 18ct two-tone gold, combining white and yellow gold to striking effect — the white gold shank and shoulders frame the yellow gold setting with modern definition. Its trilogy arrangement symbolises the past, present, and future, creating a timeless design with sentimental significance.
