Vintage 9ct Gold Opening Church Wedding Charm

A delightful vintage novelty charm, hallmarked London 1969, crafted in 9ct yellow gold as a detailed miniature church — complete with a crenellated bell tower, tiled roof and arched windows. The charm opens on a hinge to reveal a tiny wedding scene within: a couple at the altar with figures gathered around, modelled in fine relief.

The tower also features a Stanhope lens — a miniature magnifying viewer set into the window, a charming Victorian-era novelty carried into later charms.
